An old cherry wood chair of a simple, anonymous design is given a new texture without the use of paint or other interventions, just with 532 metres of wool wound at the joints with an ethnic flair. Recycled packing straps made of plastic material form a light, essential and almost transparent seat. The surface of the wool must be treated with care, but if it is damaged it can be replaced by do-it-yourself methods. The green colour emphasizes the green nature of the object – ecologically sound because of re-use and recycling. Design by Francalma Nieddu.
